Order

When you shop at fashionoutlet.dk, you must be 18 years old. If you are under 18, you can only act if you have obtained your guardian's consent.

When you sign up for a subscription / pay via credit agreement, you must enter your date of birth, so we ensure that you are over 18 years old. If you are under 18 years of age, the agreement must be entered into by a parent or guardian.

An agreement can always be easily canceled by a parent or guardian if it should turn out that it has been entered into by a child or person under 18 years of age.

You are responsible for the correct information being submitted to nordicfashionoutlet.dk.

At Nordic Fashion Outlet, you can order items via our webshop for mail delivery, or for collection in our store in Varde.

If you have questions about items that are not on the page, feel free to contact us.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an online confirmation.
If you do not receive this confirmation within 1 hour, you should contact us.

You will also receive a new email the same day your order is shipped.

When you shop with Outlet Fashion, agreements are made in Danish.

If you want to receive a copy of your order confirmation, you can log in your account or send an email to varde@nordicfashiongroup.dk.

You can contact us by email varde@nordicfashiongroup.dk, which we answer within 2 working days.

How to shop with us

  1. You choose the items you want to buy at fashionoutlet.dk and add them to the shopping cart.
  2. Along the way, you can remove things from the basket if there is something you regret.
  3. When you are satisfied with the contents of the shopping cart, click go to the shopping cart, where you will be presented with a total price of goods and shipping.
  4. When you order at Fashion Outlet, you must be aware that shipping and shipping are only added to the price when you check out, and are therefore made together on all the items you buy.
  5. Then enter your personal information and payment information, and confirm the purchase.
  6. When you confirm the purchase, your order is approved and a confirmation will be sent to you by email within a short time.

We always try to have updated the fashionoutlet.dk webshop, but errors can occur. If you should have ordered a product that is no longer in stock, the order will usually be processed. However, you will only be charged for products shipped, missing products will therefore be deducted from the price. However, reservations are made for any sold-out items and typing errors.

All prices are daily prices, and the price at the time of ordering is the applicable price for the purchase.

Payment

At Fashion Outlet, we have made it easy to pay. All prices are stated in Danish kroner, and include VAT. You can pay with Visa / Dankort, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Visa, JCB and MobilePay.

Payment is deducted only when the goods leave our warehouse. No additional fees are charged for shipments, but customs duties and taxes may be imposed on delivery abroad.

As the rules vary from country to country, you are responsible for keeping yourself informed about the rules for your local customs authorities, fashionoutlet.dk does not assume responsibility for any extra fees.

Online payment by card

The most secure and the form of payment we recommend to all customers is to pay with a payment card.

Payment is made via a secure and encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). This means that your card information cannot be read by outsiders.

When you shop with a payment card, we reserve the right to verify that the personal information provided is true.

If you wish, we can write down the amount paid at any time - if e.g. a product is sold out, or not wanted anyway. However, for security reasons, we can NEVER increase the approved amount. There are no fees on payment with any type of card or mobilepay.

When purchasing with ViaBill, you will first receive your goods. You must then pay your monthly benefit on the 20th of each month. If you do not pay on time, a fee of DKK 39 will be charged.

If you regret your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill terminates. ViaBill finances purchases for up to DKK 2,000.

Amounts over DKK 2,000 are financed in collaboration with SparXpress.

Delivery

Fashion Outlet delivers to all of Denmark. All items are shipped from the Fashion Outlet store within 1-2 days of the order being received.

We have free shipping to GLS parcel shop for all purchases over DKK 299.95.

We ship goods every day of the week. However, if your package is first ordered Friday evening-Sunday, they can only be handed in at GLS on Monday.

A "Track-and-Trace" number will always be sent by text message, so it is possible to follow the order from our warehouse to the agreed delivery location.

All goods sent with distribution to private / business must be paid for by the customer.

There are about 2-3 business days in delivery time.

Right of withdrawal and return

Right of withdrawal

At Fashion Outlet, you always have your regular 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you receive the item. You must notify Fashion Outlet within 14 days of receipt of the item that you wish to return it.

If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

If you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, you must be notified varde@nordicfashiongroup.dk. or you must fill out the standard cancellation form below to let us know that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.

If you regret your Fashion Outlet purchase, you can either return the item in the store, or send it back.

If you want to return the item in the Fashion Outlet store, you must bring a receipt or voucher.

If you want to send the item back, it is important that you wrap it in durable packaging, if necessary send the package back in its original packaging to avoid damage. If the item is damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging, you will be held liable. You are responsible for the condition of the item until it is returned at Fashion Outlet. Therefore, remember to also ask for a receipt for handing in the package at the post office.

When returning the item, you enclose a copy of the order confirmation, or another form of documentation for your Fashion Outlet purchase.

Make sure the item is shipped with delivery, otherwise Fashion Outlet will not receive the package.

After the item is in your custody, it is important that you treat it with care if you are to make use of your right of withdrawal. If the item has lost value due to your treatment of the item (if you have used the item in an unacceptable manner, in addition to what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and how the item works), Fashion Outlet can only return part of the purchase amount.

Upon receipt, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way in which they work. You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words - the item can be tried in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be impaired, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you can only get a small part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

If you have bought several items at Fashion Outlet and you regret some of the items, you can return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.

Refund

Upon receipt of the returned item, Fashion Outlet will check the condition of the item.

If the value of the item has decreased, the amount for which the item is assessed as damaged is deducted.

If the item is unused and undamaged, Fashion Outlet will refund the full amount paid for the item / items.

You will not receive a refund for money spent on shipping when returning items.

The refund will be transferred to the account that originally made the purchase, unless you specify otherwise.

The refund will be made as soon as the item has been received at Fashion Outlet, or you send documentation that you have returned the item.

Complaint

At Fashion Outlet, you are covered by the general sales law for purchases of goods, so you have a 24-month right to make a complaint. The rules for the right of complaint are applicable, and are the ones that will be taken as a starting point if the right of complaint is used.

Damage to the item as a result of incorrect handling by the customer is not covered by the right of complaint. Complaint regarding. Defective situation must be reported to Nordic Fashion Group ApS within a reasonable time after the goods have been identified or should have been found. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

Exchange of Christmas presents

We exchange Christmas presents until January 10th. In the case of exchange, the same rules apply as in the right of withdrawal. The 14-day right of withdrawal is thus extended to 10 January in connection with. purchase of Christmas gifts.

If you wish to be able to exchange the items in your order, please state in the comments to the order that the order is a gift.

Right of appeal

If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact Dennis Vinkel Stoustrup at nordicfashionoutlet.dk. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the relevant boards in the area, provided that the conditions for this are met.
